Right of withdrawal

Request a withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving the item to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give any reason (artt. 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code). Fill in this form to exercise your right of withdrawal: you will receive the return instructions, and the refund will be issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned item.

One note before you start: pieces made to measure or personalised at your request are created especially for you, and for this reason they are not covered by the right of withdrawal (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 59(1)(c)).
